St Patrick's day. The day of the year when everyone is suddenly Irish because there mum's brothers dog-walkers second cousins wife's postman once went on a date with an Irish bird and lads everywhere pretend to like Guinness for the day. Being approximately half irish (mum's 3/4 and dad's 1/4-someone do the maths please) and being from a family who love an excuse to party St Patrick's day is usually honoured well.
Unfortunately this year I am in London and away from the family who I'm sure will be avidly listening to the Irish Drinking Songs album I got my mum for Christmas, who knows, maybe i'll discover some celebrations tomorrow if me and Ruffles manage to venture out the house!
In the meantime here is a cheeky little outfit post inspired by the emerald isle. Who said orange and green can't be stylish?!
I love the new style of heel! They are amazing and I love the outfit idea :) everything goes so well together :) Marwa x

Oh my goodness. I died at your opening sentence. So dang clever. Girl I'm half Irish too, but I'm pretty sure everyone in The US is "Irish" in someway on St Patty's day.
ReplyDeleteOh and that claddagh ring! I actually have that in my Aries birth stone. I love it.
